We love clems (as we call them around here). So easy to peel and so yummy.

I adore Clementines! It’s always a competition at our house to see how many we can peel in one long ribbon and curl it back together to look like the fruit is still inside. Makes the kids smile. : )

Count me in! My husband’s grandparents lived in Florida and provided his family with all sorts of yummy citrus year-round! During the summers his mother would freeze oranges so she could hand them out to her kids to help cool off.

I don’t think I have ever had them, but I just found this recipe for clementine Gelato (ice kream – no real cream or dairy added – uses almond milk). Looks yummy.
